RECONSTRUCTION OF RESIDENTIAL BUILDING

Complete reconstruction of a house for 130 residents destroyed by rocket attacks. The main list of reconstruction works:
● partial dismantling of destroyed constructions
● reconstruction of the roof and installation of a metal tile roof and drainage system;
● installation of solid belt;
● installation of a wooden rafter system;
● installation of a balcony slab;
● restoration of brickwork walls in placed of damage
● repairing cracks in the brickwork of load-bearing walls;
● installation of a rigid metal strapping of the building;
● construction of porches, canopies, staircases;
● installation of window and door units;
● local repair works;
● installation of a house insulation system;
● installation of paving and accessibility elements for residents;
● restoration of in-house engineering networks.

RECONSTRUCTION OF RESIDENTIAL BUILDING

Complete reconstruction of a house for 50 residents destroyed by rocket attacks. The main list of reconstruction works:
● total dismantling of destroyed constructions;
● construction of external load-bearing walls, partitions, staircases and landings, and interfloor overlaps;
● installation of an insulated roof system;
● repair of ventilation duct masonry and installation of umbrellas;
● repair of brickwork of load-bearing walls
● installation of porches and canopies;
● installation of window and door units;
● local repair works;
● arranging a shelter in the basement of a residential building;
● finishing of stairwells;
● installation of a house insulation system;
● installation of paving and accessibility elements for residents;
● restoration of in-building utilities, including the gas supply system.

● coating installation;
● installation of roofing layers and roof fencing;
● installation of ventilation ducts and umbrellas;
● installation of roof access structures;
● installation of fire escape hatchs at the technical floor;
● installation of a drainage system;
● installation of gas block partitions in apartments;
● installation of porches and canopies;
● installation of window and door units;
● finishing of apatments and stairwells;
● installation of a house insulation system;
● installation of paving and accessibility elements for residents.

OVERHAUL, THERMAL MODERNISATION OF THE BUILDINGS OF MUNICIPAL HOSPITAL No. 2, WITH THE IMPROVEMENT OF THE ADJACENT TERRITORY

The project envisaged:● Bringing into compliance with sanitary and epidemiological requirements with the aim to create comfprtable conditions for the patients;● implementation of thermal modernisation.
Annually hospital serves 26 000 patients.

COMPLEX CONSTRUCTION OF RESIDENTIAL NEIGHBOURHOOD «EUROPEISKY»

The goal of the project: Providing with housing 961 internally displaced persons

The first stage: four houses for internally displaced persons with a total living area of 30.4 thousand square metres. The total number of apartments is 557. One of the buildings is planned to have a built-in kindergarten for 60 children. The construction technology is monolithic frame with ceramic brick walls.

Every day hospital serves 500 patients.

RECONSTRUCTION OF THE ROOF OF THE BUILDING OF THE KRAMATORSK UKRAINIAN GYMNASIUM

Development partner: Government of the Kingdom of Norway through the Norwegian Ministry of Foreign Affairs; Nordic Environment Finance Corporation (NEFCO) as the Manager of the Norwegian-Ukrainian Energy Efficiency Initiative Fund

2020

RECONSTRUCTION OF THE DORMITORY

The project of opening a dormitory for IDPs was implemented with financial assistance from the European Union.
One two-room and 14 one-room apartments were equipped. The total cost of the works was 268 thousand €.
2018

MODERNIZATON OF TRACTION SUBSTATION

Modernization of traction substation which provides work of city’s electrical transport.
The project was implemented with the financial support of the European Union.
The project cost was 1 million 146 thousand 610 €, 80% of this amount was financed by the EU and 20% from the city budget.

RECONSTRUCTION OF PUMPING STATION

The project of the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) in Ukraine «Economic and Social Recovery of Donbas», which included «Reconstruction of the 2nd lift pumping station with the introduction of electrolysis plants for the production of sodium hypochlorite», the project cost was 4,078,987.85 thousand UAH.
2015 - 2016.

REPAIR OF THE WATER SUPPLY SYSTEM

Repair of the water supply system at Municipal Non-Commercial Enterprise «City Hospital No. 1». More than 2,000 metres of internal and external water supply and sewerage networks were repaired at the hospital, a new water storage tank was installed and the building where it is located was renovated. The facade of the surgical department building was also insulated.
The repairs were carried out by the United Nations Development Programme with financial support from the Government of Japan, with the total cost of the works amounting to 141,000 USD.
2017

OVERHAUL OF THE BUILDING OF THE INFECTIOUS DISEASES DEPARTMENT

Ukrainian Red Cross Society with the support of the Luxembourg Red Cross.
Grant project «Overhaul of the building of the infectious diseases department of the City Hospital No. 1», types of work: replacement of windows with plastic ones, framing of slopes, installation (replacement) of doors and framing of slopes.
The project cost was 1 million 197.2 thousand UAH.
2017

INSTALLATION OF VIDEO SURVEILLANCE CAMERAS

«Safe City (Improving the safety conditions for students of Kramatorsk schools No. 4, 5, 11, 17, 25, 35 and kindergarten No. 53 by installing video surveillance cameras)» within the framework of the UNDP Recovery and Peacebuilding Programme for the amount of 562,740.80 UAH.
