RECONSTRUCTION OF MUNICIPAL WASTEWATER TREATMENT FACILITIES

The decisions made in the project include the introduction of a technology for treating household wastewater for 30,000 residents of the neighbourhood, and improving the ecological condition of the Bilenka and Siverskyi Donets rivers.

LYSYCHANSK CENTER FOR SOCIAL AND PSYCHOLOGICAL REHABILITATION OF CHILDREN

Reconstruction of the dormitory building No. 3 to equip the premises of the Lysychansk Centre for Social and Psychological Rehabilitation of Children and two family-type orphanages with the improvement of the surrounding area.
Project goal: Provision of social and nutritional assistance to community children in difficult living conditions, victims of hostilities, etc.

RECONSTRUCTION OF THE CULTURE CENTER

Reconstruction of the cultur center to create an educational and cultural centre for children and young people with the improvement of the surrounding area.
Project goal: To create a safe space for children and youth that will provide new opportunities for cultural and artistic self-education, creative and spiritual development.

NEW CONSTRUCTION OF A BRIDGE

Lysychansk community is located on the bank of the Siverskyi Donets River. There are 4 bridges between the community and neighbouring communities in Luhansk, Kharkiv and Donetsk regions. As a result of the armed aggression of russian federation, all bridges were destroyed and are not suitable for use. The construction of a bridge with the highest capacity will ensure further gradual development of the city and solve the issue of providing the community with the necessary resources as a matter of priority.

    Support of the development of innovations and new technologies;
    Study of practical experience and implementation of environmental restoration projects in the community, reclamation of industrial land, and restoration of biodiversity;
    Adaptation of cities to landscapes and climate change and implementation of urban solutions in local legislation;
    Increase the competitiveness of the regional economy;
    Supporting cooperation with foreign partners in the field of tourism development;
    Development of strategic image components;
    Gaining and disseminating new knowledge and experience in the revitalisation of old industrial areas;
    Supporting the development of civil society;
    Improving the level of education through the development of mutually beneficial relations with foreign partners, exchange of experience and activities aimed at European integration;
    Supporting measures aimed at improving public healthcare, including by raising the level of professional training of doctors and other healthcare professionals;

INVESTMENT ATTRACTIVENESS

LEGAL EDUCATION PROJECT

Partners: VOSTOK-SOS Charitable Foundation- charitable organisation. With the financial support of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Estonia
As part of the project, educational equipment was purchased for school No. 29.
The project aims to create an atmosphere of respect for human rights in educational institutions, implement school policies in accordance with human rights standards, improve decision-making procedures, build effective school governance, provide professional teaching of special courses on human rights and civic education, and introduce the experience of Estonian teachers into the learning process.

DIGITAL PROTOTYPING FOR VOCATIONAL EDUCATION PROJECT

Partners: it is implemented by Terre des hommes - Ukraine with the support of the USAID Economic Support to Eastern Ukraine Project.
Goal: increasing the employability of young people in eastern Ukraine and improving their entrepreneurial skills.
A digital proofing laboratory was opened in the Lysychansk City Palace of Culture. The laboratory is equipped with digital equipment: 3D printers, embroidery machines, laser cutters, plotters, engraving machines.

TREMBITA SYSTEM OF ELECTRONIC INTERACTION OF STATE ELECTRONIC INFORMATION RESOURCES

Partners: US Agency for international development. Democratic governance in the Eastern Europe.
Goal: giving the state and local authorities prompt and reliable access to the information they need to exercise their powers.
Ensuring the use of unified standards for access to state information resources, reducing the level of duplication of data in state registers and increasing the level of interoperability of information systems.
As part of the project, technical equipment was purchased to implement the Trembita system for electronic interaction of state electronic information resources.

INDUSTRIAL COMPLEX

The industrial complex of the Lysychansk City Territorial Community includes enterprises in the processing, coal mining, chemical and other industries. As a result of the hostilities in 2022, all operating enterprises suffered permanent damage.
